All sales are final, apart from the exceptions noted below.
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are unable to play the online film for
technical reasons, please log in and open a Support Ticket. Our support team
will contact you with suggestions to rectify the issue. If you are still not
able to watch the film, please reply using the original Support Ticket email
you received from us and ask for a refund. We will check to see how much of
the film was viewed, and a refund will be issued promptly if you have not
watched more than 50% of it.
Within 30 days of purchase, if your DVD does not play then please login to
our site and open a Support Ticket and request a replacement DVD. We will
email you a return authorization number so that you can ship the DVD back
and a replacement DVD will be mailed to you.
